He has seven years of on-the-ground experience developing, documenting, implementing, auditing, maintaining and improving quality management systems, conforming to the ISO 9001, TL 9000 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Richard performs registrar audits and delivers ISO 9001 and internal auditor training for major global certification bodies.
